Terms & Conditions


These conditions shall apply to all transactions between Kiss My Parcel and any individual or company placing an order with Kiss My Parcel for the manufacture and or supply of any goods. Any order placed by the purchaser and accepted by Kiss My Parcel will be bound by our Terms and Conditions stated herein.

All prices stated on this site are quoted in GB Pounds.
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is listed, Kiss My Parcel reserve the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at the incorrectly listed price. The Purchaser will be notified of the correct price and given the option to proceed on this basis. Should the Purchaser not wish to continue with the order, any monies paid will be refunded.

We have many options for delivery. International Delivery is currently available in Europe and will be delivered between 2-3 working days from order. Global Delivery is available worldwide, delivery times vary depending on continent. Same day delivery is available in the UK within a 40 mile radius of London. If option does not appear automatically, please contact us for quote. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed on any day at a set cost. Next day delivery if ordered Monday – Thursday before 2pm will be received the following working day, usually before 8pm. Any order placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday the order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, with the exception of Bank Holidays.
All delivery information provided by the purchaser must be complete and correct. Kiss My Parcel will not accept liability for late or non-delivery if the recipients delivery information is insufficient or incorrect.
All goods shall be deemed delivered when the courier obtains signed confirmation of receipt from any person at the delivery address unless a safe place delivery is instructed by the purchaser on checkout.
It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that delivery can be made and accepted or signed for.
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered or signed for, a calling card will be left at the delivery address detailing methods of collection or redelivery. If the recipient fails to organise collection or redelivery in the time stated by the courier, the goods shall be returned to Kiss My Parcel where we will contact the purchaser with this information. Costs for any further attempt to redeliver the package will be covered by the Purchaser. The Purchaser will also be charged for any goods that have become unsuitable for resale, for example perishable items.

Please note that deliveries to commercial and public premises such as hospitals, hotels or offices may not be personally delivered to the intended recipient. We are restricted by the fact that many deliveries to these establishments are made to a central delivery point such as a main reception or concierge. Regrettably we cannot influence or speed up the rate of movement of our packages once they have been delivered. Kiss My Parcel will have met its delivery obligations once delivery has been made and accepted at the central delivery point.

We aim to meet our delivery times, however as we use third party couriers we cannot absolutely guarantee specified delivery dates and or times. However we will endeavour to provide as much information as possible in relation to delivery times and dates as specified to us by the third party courier.


CANCELLATIONS – The Purchaser has the right to cancel an order that does not contain any personalisation or customised branding up to 7 days after delivery has been made (and goods have been accepted). Please contact us to let us know you wish to cancel and return the goods to our business address; Kiss My Parcel Returns, Unit 4 Kendal Court, Kendal Avenue, Park Royal, London W3 0RU. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. A handling fee and administration charge of £10 will apply.

You may wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. In this situation please contact us as soon as possible to enable us to stop the despatch of your order. This cannot be guaranteed at anytime.

DAMAGES – It is extremely important to us that all our packages and contents arrive at their intended destination in perfect condition. In the rare event of any item being damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can contact us by any method on the Contact Us page. Damaged goods must be returned suitably packaged before an item can be replaced or refunded.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS – In the event that the Purchaser wishes to return an order within 7 days they shall be liable for the return postage. On receiving the order as long as it is in an ‘as new’ condition, in its original packaging and unused we will refund the Purchasers account using the method they paid after deducting a £10 handling and administration fee.

We make every effort to supply the items specified however the contents of each gift are subject to availability. Kiss My Parcel therefore reserves the right to substitute any items where necessary or appropriate and guarantee that any replacement is that of an equal or greater value. Any props used within photographs of our products will not be included unless specifically stated within the contents list.

Kiss My Parcel will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the required despatch date. We shall not however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to, Compliance with Laws or Regulations, Acts of God, Acts or Omissions of the Purchaser, Acts of Civil or Military Authority, Judicial Action, Defaults of Sub-Contractors or Suppliers, Labour Disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

All designs, text graphics and their selection and arrangement on this site are the Strict Copyright of Kiss My Parcel. Any use of the above listed materials without Kiss My Parcel’s permission prior consent is strictly prohibited.

None of the above Terms affect your Statutory Rights as a Consumer.
